I've been on a weight loss journey for four months now and I've lost 54lbs. Woot! I still have 28 more pounds to lose but it's so close I can taste it! I feel so much better now with the weight off, no more heartburn at night, no more back pains. I've lost the weight mostly from eating better and exercise. I've also completely cut out sodas and cut my bread intake by half. What's great though is I eat better but I don't deprive myself. I still bake and eat baked goods just smaller portions. Like one cupcake instead of five. So far I'm pretty freaking happy, I haven't been at this weight since high school. I'm going to bust my ass to get these last few pounds off because I really want to go Schlitterbahn this summer lol.
